Who operates the dashboard
BBTL Performance Studio is operated by Boys by the Lake for its own account reporting and community management. It is a private, local dashboard and is not offered to other creators or the public.
Data we process
- Authorized profile and account statistics, including follower and audience metrics.
- Published content metadata and performance metrics such as views, reach, watch time, reactions, saves, shares, and comments.
- Comment and reply text, public commenter information returned by the platform, and reply status when comment access is enabled.
- OAuth tokens and connection metadata needed to make authorized API requests.
How we use the data
Data is used to measure performance, compare the same creative across platforms, understand audience response, manage comments, prepare exports, and improve future Boys by the Lake content.
AI-assisted reply drafts
When the account owner explicitly requests reply suggestions, selected comment text and limited conversation context may be sent to OpenAI services to generate drafts. Suggestions are not automatically published. The account owner reviews, edits, and explicitly approves any public reply.
Storage and security
Dashboard records are stored on the account owner’s local computer. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. The public legal pages contain no dashboard data, credentials, analytics scripts, forms, or account-management functions.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell platform data. Data is not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Limited data may be processed by the relevant social platform, the local software environment, and OpenAI only when the owner requests an AI-assisted function.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only while useful for the private dashboard or required for reconciliation and historical reporting. Platform access can be revoked at any time. See the data-deletion instructions.
